Spring Break

This spring break I'm going on a mission trip with my church. We are going to be doing a lot of fun things all throughout next week, so I'm really excited. In the mornings we will be working with this organization called, Rainbow Express. We will be going to apartment complexes and pretty much doing a VBS type of thing with the kids while their parents are at work. We will be doing some bible studies, games, puppet shows, songs, etc. We are going to be doing all of the stuff with the kids in the morning. At night we are going to do a lot of fun things such as, ice skating, a third day concert, and the mall. On Friday we aren't going to be working with the kids, so we are going to go to Six Flags for the whole day! I really don't know what my ideal spring break would be, probably going skiing in the mountains or something.

It's A Dog's World

There goes another car down the street without even taking the time to notice that I'm out here. Hi well my name is... well I don't have a name right now, I'm just a poor little stray that no one wants to have anything to do with. I'm just a little puppy so I don't understand why nobody wants me. :(

Maybe I could find a tree or a porch or something that I could get out of this rain. WAIT! I see a fairly big mailbox that could possibly shield me from this freezing rain. Well it's not a nice cozy warm house but at least it shields a little of the rain.

Yup, there goes another car with people who are completely preoccupied with something else to even take a glimpse at me. Hold on a second! I think they stopped, YES, now they're backing up! Wow I can't believe it, someone is actually getting out! I'm so excited someone actually wants me. I am completely ecstatic, I might finally have a warm home with a nice family!

Wow everything in this place looks and smells so fantastic! Gosh I am starved, maybe i could try to tell them to get me some food and water. Oh I think they're bringing me some. Mmm this food is delicious, I don't think I've ever had anything this good before. Hmm, now that I'm full I just want to run around this place and explore everything. I really hope these people decide to keep me I would be so grateful. I wouldn't tear up anything, or pee on the furniture, and i would even cuddle up with them at night in their bed. They've just now given me a name, they're going to call me Lucy.
